So where do I start on efficiency.  I guess we first have to decide what context we are talking about.  Production Efficiency, Administrative Efficiency, Thermal Efficiency, Organizational Efficiency.  The list goes on.  In each case however, efficiency is most often used as a means of gauging value delivered or in many cases not delivered for the resources expended.
